Analysis of Capabilities and Regional Capabilities of the Cooperative Section of Hamedan Province in Recruiting Capital from Cooperative Experts’ Perspective

Abstract

      Limitation of financial resources to give fund in productive activities, make planning the investment and consider investment priorities. So, understanding the capabilities of environment and regional has become a necessity. Hence, the concern of this study is designing developmental programs and recognizing the capabilities of various economic sectors, including the cooperative sector. This study aimed to analyze the capabilities and capacities of the cooperative sector in attracting investment from the perspective of cooperative sector experts of Hamedan province. The statistical population are cooperative sector experts of Hamedan province. The required data was collected by questionnaire and interview with 55 Experts and analyzed by SPSS. Descriptive statistics results showed that the age Mean of respondents was 38.20 years old, the youngest was 26 and the oldest was 54 years. Factor analysis showed that the capabilities and advantages of the cooperative sector extracted in five factors. These factors recognized 66.296% variance between the variables and factors. The results also showed that structural factor with 16.744 percent has the largest, but the social-cultural with 9.688 percent has the lowest percent of total variance.
