Aras Free Zone is one of the seven free trade-industrial zones in the north of the country, which can play an important role in development at the national and local levels, especially for the cities of the north and northwest of the country. This free zone is adjacent to the South Caucasus region, which has a geo-economic situation; Hence, it can take advantage of this opportunity. This issue has led to the study of this issue in this study. This paper is a qualitative and descriptive-analytic one with the aim of analyzing the impact of Regional Development of Aras Free Zone on the Geo-economic position of the South Caucasus region by gathering information from library sources and websites. The main question in this article is whether the Aras Free Zone is affected by the geo-economic situation of the South Caucasus region? In answer to the question, it is hypothesized that the Aras Free Zone is influenced by the geoeconomic position of the South Caucasus region. The results show that the Aras Free Zone is affected by the changes taking place in the Geo-economics position of the South Caucasus region.
