So, the main question arises here: "What are the effects of environmental degradation factors and how is their special behavior? In order to answer the research question, 15 variables have been used. Variables have chosen from housing, occupation and activities, population structure, and social issues. Factor analysis and Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin Measure of sampling Adequacy (KMO) made research analytical methods. The results showed that 238 blocks of whole 375 blocks, have medium to low urban environment quality of life in the region. Findings mentioned the reduction of quality of life in Shiraz central part rooted in some reasons as habitation of foreign immigrants, social harms especially addiction and low employment rate of men and women.
