بررسی و تحلیل وضعیت گردشگری خلاق در شهر زاهدان

چکیده

در دنیای امروز که روند گردشگری از شکل انبوه به الگوهای فردگرایانه تغییر یافته و گردشگران به انعطاف‌پذیری و تجارب معنادار اولویت بیشتری می‌دهند، گردشگری خلاق مبحثی جدید و مورد توجه در حوزه گردشگری است و نقشی اساسی در رشد و توسعه گردشگری دارد. گردشگری خلاق نوعی گردشگری است که در آن بیش از توجه به میراث ملموس به میراث ناملموس توجه شده است. در همین راستا، مقاله حاضر به ارزیابی و تحلیل گردشگری خلاق در شهر زاهدان پرداخته است. روش تحقیق، توصیفی– تحلیلی و نوع آن کاربردی- توسعه‌ای است. اطلاعات به دو صورت اسنادی و پیمایشی (پرسشنامه و مصاحبه) جمع‌آوری شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش، جمعیت شهر زاهدان برابر با 592968 نفر می‌باشد و با بهره‌گیری از فرمول کوکران، حجم نمونه برابر با 324 نفر محاسبه و داده‌های حاصل از آن با استفاده از آزمون های تحلیل عاملی و آزمون همبستگی پیرسون با نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج تحلیلی نشان می‌دهد، 39 گویه اولیه گردشگری خلاق در این پژوهش، به 8 عامل: فرایندهای داخلی کسب وکار، بازاریابی خلاق، زیبایی‌شناختی، تسهیلات، نرم افزار، آموزش، نماد و صرفه اقتصادی و عایدی ترکیب و نتایج تحلیل عاملی بیانگر آن است که به ترتیب، اولین عامل به تنهایی 944/25 درصد از واریانس را توضیح می دهد و عامل دوم 204/13 درصد، عامل سوم 501/6 درصد، عامل چهارم 875/5 درصد، عامل پنجم 841/4 درصد، عامل ششم 537/4 درصد، عامل هفتم 764/3 درصد و عامل هشتم 393/3 درصد واریانس را محاسبه می‌کنند، همچنین، با توجه به نتایج حاصل از آزمون پیرسون، بین گردشگری خلاق و شاخص‌های (مالی، گردشگری، فرایندهای داخلی کسب و کار و یادگیری و رشد)، همبستگی بالایی وجود دارد.

In today's world, the trend of tourism from a massive to individualist patterns has changed, and tourists have become more flexible and meaningful experiences. Creative tourism is a new topic of tourism and major role in the development of tourism. Creative tourism is a kind of tourism in which more attention is paid to tangible heritage than to the intangible heritage. In this regard, the present article to evaluation and analysis of creative tourism in Zahedan. The research method is descriptive-analytic and its type is applied-developmental. Information was collected in both documents and surveys (questionnaires and interviews). The statistical population of the research is the population of Zahedan is 592968 people and using the Cochran formula, the sample size is 324 people and Data were analyzed using factor analysis and Pearson correlation test using SPSS software. The analytical results show that 39 initial creative tourism variables in this study were divided into eight factors: business internal processes, creative marketing, aesthetics, facilities, software, education, symbol and cost-benefit and compositional income. The results of factor analysis indicate that the first factor alone explains the 25.944% of the variance, and the second factor is 13.204%, the third factor is 5.016%, the fourth factor is 5.857%, the fifth factor is 4.841 percent, factor six, 4.537 percent, factor 7, 3.764 percent, and factor eighth 3.393 percent of variance. Also, according to the results of the Pearson test, there is a high correlation between creative tourism and indicators (financial, tourism, business processes, learning, and growth), which.
