کاربرد تکنیکTOPSIS در اولویت بندی مکانی استقرار صنایع تبدیلی کشاورزی در مناطق روستایی (مطالعه موردی:شهرستان رشت)

چکیده

      یکی از راه­های دستیابی به توسعه پایدار روستایی جهت رسیدن به استانداردهای بین­المللی در تولید محصولات کشاورزی، به کارگیری صنایع تبدیلی و تکمیلی کشاورزی می باشد. از طرفی مشخص کردن اولویت­های برتر مکانی برای استقرار این صنایع، یکی از عوامل مهم در برنامه ریزی جهت توسعه منطقه ای است. بدین منظور هدف از پژوهش حاضر اولویت بندی مکانی استقرار صنایع تبدیلی کشاورزی در شهرستان رشت است که دارای قطب­های جمعیتی روستایی، منابع آب، اقلیم مناسب و اراضی حاصلخیز و مستعد کشاورزی می­باشد. پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و مبنای روش آن توصیفی– تحلیلی است. اطلاعات با بهره گیری از مطالعات کتابخانه­ای به دست آمده و تکیه اصلی بر مستندات آماری کشور بوده است. برای تحلیل داده­ها از مدل TOPSIS و جهت وزن دهی به شاخص­های کشاورزی با توزیع پرسشنامه از نظرات 10 نفر از کارشناسان صنایع تبدیلی بخش کشاورزی سازمان جهاد کشاورزی استان گیلان استفاده شده است.یافته­های تحقیق نشان می­دهد که از بین بخش های شهرستان رشت، بخش مرکزی با امتیاز نهایی(711/0)، به عنوان مساعدترین سایت و بخش­های سنگر با امتیاز نهایی (3/0)، خمام (247/0)، خشکبیجار (21/0)، لشت نشاء (167/0) و کوچصفهان با (133/0) در اولویت­های بعدی جهت استقرار صنایع مذکور قرار گرفته اند. بر این اساس، اگر سرمایه گذاری­ها و طرح­های صنعتی در بخش­های برتر به کار برده شود نتیجه مطلوب به همراه خواهد داشت.

چکیده [English]

     One of the ways to achieve sustainable rural development is to achieve international standards for agricultural production, use of agricultural conversion and agricultural industries. One of the important factors in the planning of regional development is the identification of the priority areas for the establishment of these industries. For this purpose, the aim of the present research is to determine the location of the agricultural transformation industry in the city of Rasht, which has rural demographic poles, water resources, suitable climate, and agricultural and agricultural land. The research is based on the applied objective and its method is descriptive-analytical. Information was obtained from library studies and the main emphasis was on statistical analysis of the country. To analyze the data from TOPSIS model and to weigh the statistical indicators of agriculture by distributing the questionnaire, 10 experts from the agricultural sector of agriculture sector of Jihad-e-Agriculture Organization of Guilan province Has been. The research findings show that among the parts of the city of Rasht, the central section of the final (0/711) was considered as the most favorable site and Sangar with a final score of (0/3), khomam(0/247), ,khoshkbigar(0/21), lashtenesha (0/167), and Kochsfahan with (0/133) in the next priorities for the establishment of the abovementioned industries. Therefor,in the  future ,capital should be use in the top sectors.
