سنجش و ارزیابی پایداری شهری با استفاده از تکنیک های ANP, Topsis, Saw (مطالعه موردی: شهر کرمان)

چکیده

با بروز ضایعات زیست محیطی و کاهش سطح عمومی زندگی مردم به ویژه در جوامع شهری طی یکی دو دهه گذشته، رهیافت پایداری شهری به عنوان موضوع روز دهه آخر قرن 20 از سوی سازمان ملل مطرح شد و به عنوان دستور کار قرن 21 در سطوح بین­المللی، منطقه­ای و محلی تعیین گردید. هدف کلی تحقیق حاضر؛ ارزیابی شاخص­های پایداری شهری در شهر کرمان  با استفاده از تکنیک­های تصمیم­گیری چند شاخصه می­باشد. روش شناسی تحقیق توصیفی – تحلیلی با استفاده از سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی GIS  و تکنیک­های تصمیم­گیری چند شاخصه (ANP,Topsis,Saw) می­باشد. براساس یافته­های به دست آمده از تکنیک ANP، معیارهای اقتصادی با 254/0، زیربنایی با 251/0، اجتماعی با 162/0، زیستی با 125/0 و معیار کالبدی با 35/0 به ترتیب بالاترین مقادیر را از نظر سطوح پایداری به خود اختصاص داده­اند. بر همین اساس منطقه 2 با 491/0، منطقه 1 با 302/0، منطقه 4 با 213/0 و در نهایت منطقه 3 با 211/0 اولویت­های اول تا چهارم را به خود اختصاص داده­اند. نتایج به دست آمده از تکنین SAW نیز بیانگر این مهم می­باشدکه از بین معیارهای مؤثر در سطوح پایداری شهر کرمان، معیار زیستی با 26/0 ، اجتماعی و کالبدی با 23/0، اقتصادی با 18/0 و زیربنایی با 07/0 به ترتیب بیشترین وزن را به خود اختصاص داده­اند و منطقه 2 با 73/0، منطقه 1 با 63/0، منطقه 3 با 55/0 و منطقه 4 با 53/0 به ترتیب اولویت های اول تا چهارم را به خود اختصاص داده­اند. در ادامه یافته های تحقیق، نتایج به دست آمده از تکنیک Topsis نشان می­دهد که منطقه 1 با 783/0، منطقه 4 با 743/0، منطقه 2 با 591/0 و منطقه 3 با 170/0 به ترتیب اولویت­های اول تا چهارم را به خود اختصاص داده­اند.

With the emergence of environmental waste and reduce the general level of people's lives, especially in urban communities during the past two decades, Approach to urban sustainability theme of the day as the last decade of the 20th century came from the United Nations and as a 21st century approach at international, regional and local levels were determined. The Aim of this study is to evaluate the sustainability indices in Kerman city using multi-criteria decision-making techniques are. Research methodology - descriptive analysis using Geographic Information System Gis and techniques Multiple Attribute Decision Making (ANP, Topsis, Saw) is. The results show that ANP techniques, economic and social criteria in terms of enhancing the stability of the highest, respectively. The final results also show the superiority of options 1 and 2 in the Kerman region in order of priority in terms of sustainability indicators have been established in the city of Kerman. According to the results of the techniques Saw, in the four regions of Kerman on urban sustainability, Zones 2 and 1 in the first and second zones 3 and 4 In third and fourth place in terms of urban sustainability have been effective and prioritize areas of Kerman based techniques shows Topsis 1 and 4 positions of the first and second regions and zones 2 and 3 are the third and fourth positions.
