تحلیل عوامل مؤثر بر کاهش کیفیت محیطی بخش مرکزی شهرها (مورد پژوهی: بخش مرکزی کلان‌شهر شیراز)

چکیده

    بخش مرکزی کلانشهر شیراز از گذشته تا کنون، نقش پررنگی در حیات و عملکرد اجتماعی-اقتصادی کلانشهر شیراز ایفا کرده است. دگرگونی­های اجتماعی، اقتصادی و کالبدی به عمل آمده در این بخش در طی چند دهه گدشته، موجبات کاهش کیفیت محیطی آن را فراهم آورده است. از آنجا که بخش مرکزی کلان­شهر شیراز، کماکان نقش اقتصادی پررنگی را در حیات و پویایی شهرها ایجاد می­کند و میراث تاریخی و فرهنگی آن از اساسی­ترین عوامل کارکرد شهر در سیستم­های شهری محسوب می­شود، ضرورت دارد تا ساز و کار رخداد و چگونگی کاهش کیفیت محیطی در آن بخش،­ مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گیرد و پراکندگی فضایی آن در قالب پهنه­بندی سطوح کیفیت محیط شهری، مشخص گردد. بنابراین، این سوال اساسی مطرح می­شود که عوامل موثر بر کاهش کیفیت محیطی (بروز زوال) هسته مرکزی شهر شیراز کدامند و رفتار فضایی آن از چگونه است؟این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی-تحلیلی است که در آن 15 متغیر (داده) در حوزه­های مسکن، اشتغال و فعالیت، ساختار جمعیتی و عوامل اجتماعی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته شده­اند. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کلیه 375 بلوک آماری بخش مرکزی شیراز تشکیل می­دهد. ابزار تحلیل داده­ها که در این پژوهش مورد استفاده شده، عبارتند از: تکنیک تحلیل عاملی و شاخص KMO بارتلت. نتایج نشان داد که از 375 بلوک آماری تشکیل دهنده محلات عرفی بخش مرکزی شیراز، 238 بلوک آن دارای کیفیت محیطی متوسط به پایینی هستند که اصلی­ترین دلایل آن به اسکان مهاجرین خارجی، وجود آسیب­های اجتماعی به ویژه اعتیاد و پایین بودن نرخ اشتغال مردان و زنان برمی­گردد.

Central part of metropolis Shiraz has had a significant role on social and economic functions of the city from the past until now. Social, economic and physical changes of this part have reduced its viability and urban environmental quality during the last decades. The central part of Shiraz has a socio-economic prominent role in the city and its historical and cultural heritage is one of the most functions of the city, too. It is essential to analysis its environmental quality reduction mechanism. Also, it is necessary to find out the spatial behavior or distribution of the urban environmental quality of life in the region in order to make theoretical platform and practical actions. So, the main question arises here: "What are the effects of environmental degradation factors and how is their special behavior? In order to answer the research question, 15 variables have been used. Variables have chosen from housing, occupation and activities, population structure, and social issues. Factor analysis and Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin Measure of sampling Adequacy (KMO) made research analytical methods. The results showed that 238 blocks of whole 375 blocks, have medium to low urban environment quality of life in the region. Findings mentioned the reduction of quality of life in Shiraz central part rooted in some reasons as habitation of foreign immigrants, social harms especially addiction and low employment rate of men and women.
