تحلیل رفتار مصرفی خانوارها در مناطق شهریِ استان چهارمحال و بختیاری

چکیده

      مطالعه­ رفتار مصرفی خانوار درون یک جامعه به عنوان واحد مصرف­کننده درون جامعه یکی از مباحث پرکاربرد در سیاست­گذاری‌ها است. هدف این مقاله شناخت رفتار تقاضای خانوار شهری استان چهارمحال و بختیاری از طریق الگوی دستگاه تقاضای تقریباً ایده­آل در قالب گروه کالاها و خدمات آب، برق و سوخت، درمان و بهداشت، خوراکی و آشامیدنی­ها، پوشاک و کفش، حمل و نقل و ارتباطات، لوازم و اثاثیه منزل و سایر کالاها و خدمات و تقسیم­بندی آن­ها به گروه کالایی بادوام و بی­دوام است. نوع پژوهش کاربردی و جامعه آماری در این تحقیق شامل خانوار شهری استان چهارمحال و بختیاری برای دوره زمانی 92-1358 می‌باشد. روش آماری مورد استفاده جهت برآورد ضرایب مدل، رگرسیون (معادلات) به ظاهر نامرتبط است. نتایج نشان داد گروه­های کالایی و خدمات آب، برق و سوخت، خوراک، پوشاک و کفش، لوازم و اثاثیه منزل ضروری و گروه کالاها و خدمات درمان و بهداشت و حمل و نقل و ارتباطات لوکس هستند. همچنین وجود توهم پولی؛ میزان سهم گروه‌های درمان و بهداشت و خوراکی ها و آشامیدنی را افزایش و سایر گروه‌ها را کاهش می‌دهد. بر طبق نتایج، یک درصد افزایش قیمت آب، برق و سوخت مورد استفاده خانوارهای شهری استان، هزینه‌های لوازم و اثاثیه منزل را 00591/0 افزایش می­دهد.

چکیده [English]

     Study of household consumer behavior within the community as a unit in society is useful in policy making. This paper aimed to recognize the demand behavior in urban households of Chaharmahal- Bakhtiari province based on the almost ideal demand system in the form of groups such as electricity, water and fuel, health and sanitation, food and beverages, clothing and footwear, transport and communications, furniture, home furnishings and other goods, and services to classify them into durable and non-durable goods. This is an applied research. The study sampleconsistedof urban householdsinChaharmahal-Bakhtiari provincefortheperiod1979-2013. The used statisticalmethodtoestimate themodel coefficientsisseemingly unrelated regression. The results indicate that groups of water, electricity, fuel, food, clothing and footwear, accessories and furniture are essential goods and health services, transport and communications are luxury. Also, money illusion cause share of health services, food, and beverage groups increased, but others decreased. According tothe results,one percent increase in the price of water, electricity and fuel used for urban households, Chaharmahal-Bakhtiari province, increases cost price of appliances and furniture to 00591/0.
