One of factor that affect rural administrator’s effectiveness is their social base. In this study, the social base, age, sex and social stratification of rural administrator were considered. The data of this descriptive –Analytical study have been collected by an emphasis on field research, and filling researcher-made questionnaires,interviews and observation. The population of study is 1,537 households from 11 villages with over 50 households that 267 household as statistical samples are selected through the Cochrane formula. The results showed that that there is a significant difference between performance and age, this means that rural administrators in the age groups 40-30 had better performance than the other age groups. Also, there is a significant difference between the performance and literacy; rural administrators had better performance with a bachelor's degree, but there is a low significant difference between performance and social stratification in which the middle class group had better performance.
