purpose of this research is to identify and investigate the principles of tourism law and its impact on the development of economic activities in Iran, which was done using a library method. The principle of human freedom, the principle of human equality and the observance of justice and human dignity, the right to security, health, insurance, the right to honest information to tourists, medical coverage, food security, compensation for tourists, the right to enjoy new communications and electronic commerce technology. Some of them are rights that have been discussed in this research. The findings indicate that the tourism industry is the most peaceful movement of the human family, which has a direct effect on the progress of knowledge, culture and economy of societies and has a positive effect on the level of tourist-friendly and tourist-friendly countries. Many countries are in a close and intense competition, seeking to increase their benefits and income from this international activity more than before. The basics and principles of tourism, such as taking into account the inherent dignity of human beings, their freedom, the principle of equality and justice... cause the number of tourists to increase, and as a result, this factor also causes business to flourish and increase the income of companies and institutions that They work in this field. The future vision of Iran's tourism will definitely not be possible without creating the infrastructure and formulating a long-term plan.
