بازآفرینی بافت‌های تاریخی با تاکید بر الگوی رویداد مداری ( مطالعه موردی: شهر زنجان)

چکیده

بافت‌های تاریخی شهرها تجسم عینی تمدن و فرهنگ هر جامعه و منعکس‌کنندۀ ارزش‌های تاریخی-فرهنگی هستند که با رشد و گسترش شهرها در معرض نابودی قرارگرفته‌ و حفظ آن برای ادامۀ حیات در شهرها ضروری است و بایستی ضمن بهره‌برداری از ارزش‌های تاریخی – فرهنگی آن، مشکلات و مسائل موجود در این بافت‌ها نیز به حداقل ممکن برسد. بدین منظور تحقیق حاضر باهدف بازآفرینی بافت‌های تاریخی شهر زنجان و با تأکید بر الگوی رویداد‌‌مداری سعی داشته است ضمن بررسی سطح آسیب‌های حاصل از بافت‌های تاریخی شهر زنجان بهترین راه‌حل جهت بازآفرینی را شناسایی و راهبردهای دست‌یابی به آنها را نیز استخراج کند. در همین راستا ازآنجاکه پژوهش حاضر مبتنی بر نظر خبرگان بوده است، نمونۀ تحقیق 20 نفر از افراد ساکن در بافت تاریخی و به روش هدفمند (گلوله برفی) انتخاب‌شده‌‌‌اند و برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده از مدل FMEAبرای شناسایی آسیب-های خاص از بافت‌های تاریخی و شناسایی راه‌حل ساماندهی، از مدل SOAR برای شناسایی نقاط قوت- فرصت – خواسته‌ها و نتیجه راه‌حل شناسایی‌شده و از ANSOFF برای تعیین راهبردهای بازآفرینی در بافت-های تاریخی شهر زنجان استفاده‌شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان داده است که 34 آسیب ناشی از بافت‌های تاریخی در شهر زنجان شناسایی‌شده‌اند که سطح آنها غیرقابل‌قبول بوده است که با توجه به نظر خبرگان و بر اساس پتانسیل‌ها، فرصت‌ها و خواسته‌ها نتیجه قابل‌انتظار بازآفرینی رویداد محوری بافت‌های تاریخی مبتنی بر رقابت‌پذیری گردشگری به‌عنوان راه‌حل کلیدی جهت ساماندهی بافت‌های تاریخی شهر زنجان انتخاب‌شده است که درنهایت برای تحقق آن چهار گروه راهبرد با محوریت‌های نفوذ، توسعه بازار، توسعه محصول و تنوع بازآفرینی رویداد‌مداری پیشنهادشده‌ است.

چکیده [English]

The historical Textures of the cities are the concrete embodiment of civilization and culture in every society‌ and reflecting historical-cultural values where the textures are located subject to destruction with the growth and expansion of cities and it is necessary to maintain it to continue life in cities and it should be as low as possible Existing problems and issues in these textures also exploitation of its historical-cultural values. For this purpose, the present research has been carried out with the aim of regeneration of historical textures in the city of zanjan with emphasis on the event- based and this research is trying checking the level of damage from historical textures in the city of Zanjan and identifying the best solution to recreate and also derive strategies to achieve it. In this regard,‌ since the present research it was based on the opinion of experts the research sample is 20 people‌ of residents in historical context and in a targeted way (snowball) and used for data analysis from the FMEA model to identify injuries from historical textures and identifying the organizational solution, from the SOAR model to identify the strengths-opportunity-desires and result of the solution ‌and from ANSOFF to determine regeneration strategies in historical textures from the city of zanjan. Research results have shown that 34 damage has been detected caused by historical textures in the city of Zanjan that the amount of damage was unacceptable. Event-based regeneration from historical textures based on competitiveness in tourism‌ is selected according to experts and based on potentials, opportunities and demands ‌and the expected result as a key solution to organize from historical contexts in the city of Zanjan. Finally, four groups of strategies are proposed to make it happen with the focus of penetration, market development, product development and the diversity of event-oriented recreation.
