Since the beginning of human civilization, natural hazards have had severe and sometimes catastrophic effects on vital human activities around the world, of which the city of Tehran is no exception. One of the solutions to these problems is to increase the resilience of the regions. Therefore, the aim of this study is to provide a futuristic research on the status of urban resilience in the worn-out areas of districts 7 and 15 of Tehran Municipality. The research method used is descriptive-analytical, based on library-documentary studies, questionnaires and survey and software models. In the framework of the software approach, the data obtained at the two levels of the Geographic Information System (GIS) and the Mic Macm Strategic Studies model were examined. The statistical population of the present study consisted of a total of individuals, elites and experts who have the required knowledge, experience and expertise about the subject under study. Statistically selected. The results of the present study showed that Out of a total of 929 measurable relationships in this matrix, 32 were zero, meaning that they were no longer influenced by each other or influenced by each other. 90 relations show the number one, which means that they had very little effect on each other, 303 relations have the number two, which indicates a wider disorder of the resilience of worn-out urban tissues. Area 7 is relative to Area 15. So that in region 7, infrastructure and management parameters (0.96) compared to region 15, had a higher impact than other factors.
