فرهنگ کار در میان زنان روستایی (با مطالعه‌ی پنداشت زنان روستایی شمال شهرستان بویراحمد)

چکیده

هدف این مطالعه شناخت پنداشت زنان روستایی از فرهنگ کار و جمعیت آماری شامل تمامی زنان ساکن در روستاهای کریک و تنگ سریز شهرستان بویراحمد می باشد. روش و مبانی نظری پدیدار شناسی، روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و تعداد مصاحبه‌ها بر اساس منطق اشباع نظری به 41 مصاحبه ختم گردید. بر اساس یافته‌ها، 5 مقوله اصلی پژوهش شامل بعد جسمانی کار (به مفهوم سلامت جسمی برای زنان جوان و فرسودگی و پیری چهره زودرس و خاطره دشواری سالیان گذشته برای زنان سالخورده)، بعد اقتصادی کار(کار واقعی به معنای شغل درآمدزا)، بعد جنسیتی کار (حضور در عرصه فعالیت‌های درآمدزا به مفهوم کمک به همسر نه مشارکت در اقتصاد خانواده)، بعد روانشناختی کار (افزایش سازگاری، انگیزه، خودپنداره مثبت، امید به زندگی و یادگیری)، و بعد اجتماعی کار(گسترش‌ شبکه ارتباطی و فعالیت‌های دسته‌جمعی، دسترسی به منابع حمایتی و تلقی‌شدن به عنوان یک منبع حمایتی) می باشد. در هم ‌تنیدگی سبک‌های مختلف زندگی شهری، روستایی و عشایری در منطقه، شرایط فرهنگی و غنی نبودن میزان سرمایه‌های اقتصادی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی زنان استان، به‌ویژه زنان ساکن روستاها که جمعیت زیادی از زنان استان را به خود اختصاص داده و از این نظر در وضعیت نامساعدتری به سر می‌برند، پایین بودن سن ازدواج، موانع فرهنگی و اجتماعی جهت ادامه‌ی تحصیل دختران و زنان روستایی و نبودن امکانات کافی جهت آموزش و ادامه‌ی تحصیل در مقاطع بالاتر از ابتدایی، به همراه افزایش میزان مهاجرت مردان روستایی و در نتیجه افزایش میزان مسؤولیت این زنان، از جمله دلایلی است که ضرورت و اهمیت چنین بررسی و پژوهشی را دو چندان می‌کند
بدیهی است بررسی فرهنگ کار زنان روستایی شهرستان بویراحمد و مطالعه‌ی پنداشت آنان از چنین وضعیتی ارتباط مستقیمی با بررسی وضعیت زندگی آنان خواهد داشت.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study is to recognize the concept of rural women from the work culture. The statistical population includes all women living in the villages of Creek and Tang-e-Sarez in Boyerahmad County. The methodology and theoretical foundations are phenomenology. The sampling method is purposeful and the number of interviews ended on the basis of theoretical saturation logic to 41 interviews. According to the findings, the five main categories of research are: the physical dimension of labor (in terms of physical health for young women; and the burnout and aging of the face and the hard memory of old women for years), the economic dimension of work (real work means jobs Income generation), gender dimension of labor (participation in income-related activities in the sense of helping a spouse, rather than participation in the family economy), psychological dimension of work (increased adaptability, motivation, positive self-concept, life expectancy and learning), social dimension of work (network expansion Communication and collective activities, access to supportive resources and recognition as a source of support).of work (real work means jobs Income generation), gender dimension of labor (participation in income-related activities in the sense of helping a spouse, rather than participation in the family economy), psychological dimension of work (increased adaptability, motivation, positive self-concept, life expectancy and learning), social dimension of work (network expansion Communication and collective activities, access to supportive resources and recognition as a source ofCommunication and collective activities, access to supportive resources and recognition as a source of support).Communication and collective activities, access to supportive resources and recognition as a source of support).
