بررسی و تحلیل شکوفایی شهری و اثرات آن بر زیست‌پذیری در کلانشهر تهران

چکیده

شکوفایی شهری به عنوان رویکردی کل‌نگر و جامع با توصیف موفقیت، سلامت، پیشرفت و خوب زیستن مطرح است و با ارتقاء کیفیت اقتصادی، اجتماعی، سیاسی و محیط‌زیستی زمینه لازم برای زیست‌پذیر بودن شهرها را فراهم می‌آورد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی و ارزیابی شاخص‌های شکوفایی شهری و اثرات آن بر زیست‌پذیری در مناطق 22گانه کلانشهر تهران انجام شده است. این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و بر اساس ماهیت توصیفی- تحلیل است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، کلانشهر تهران با 8679936 نفر جمعیت است که حجم نمونه بر اساس فرمول کوکران 385 نفر برآورد گردید که جهت دستیابی به نتایج بهتر به 391 نفر ارتقا یافت. به منظور تحلیل موضوع، چهارچوبی از 5 شاخص شکوفایی شهری در قالب 50 گویه و 3 شاخص زیست‌پذیری در قالب 25 گویه به صورت تلفیقی بر اساس مطالعات سایر پژوهشگران تدوین و انتخاب شد. نتایج حاصل از رگرسیون چند متغیره نشان داد شاخص توسعه زیرساخت‌ها، بیشترین تأثیر را بر زیست‌پذیری داشته است و 809/0 از کل واریانس را تبیین می‌کند. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل یافته‌های پژوهش بر اساس تکنیک کداس نشان می‌دهد که در مناطق 22گانه کلانشهر تهران، تنها منطقه یک از لحاظ شاخص‌های شکوفایی شهری در وضعیت بسیار خوب قرار داشت، شش منطقه در سطح خوب، نُه منطقه در سطح متوسط، و شش منطقه در وضعیت ضعیف قرار داشتند. نتایج یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد؛ برای بهبود مناطقی که در سطح ضعیفی قرار دارند و همچنین برای حفظ و ارتقای شرایط در مناطق که در وضع مطلوبی به سر می‌برند باید به توسعه زیرساخت‌ها، بهره‌وری، کیفیت زندگی و ... توجه نمود.

Urban prosperity is a holistic and comprehensive approach that describes success, health, progress and well - being, and by promoting economic, social, political and environmental quality, it provides the necessary ground for cities to be livability. The aim of this study was to investigate and evaluate the indicators of urban prosperity and its effects on viability in 22 areas of Tehran. This research is applied in terms of purpose and is based on descriptive - analytic nature. The statistical population of this research is the metropolis of Tehran with a population of 8679936 people, the sample size was estimated 385 people based on Cochran's formula, which was increased to 391 people to achieve better results. In order to analyze the issue, a framework of 5 indicators of urban prosperity in the form of 50 items and 3 indicators of viability in the form of 25 items were compiled and selected based on the studies of other researchers. The results of multivariate regression showed that the infrastructure development index has the greatest impact on livability and explains 0.809 of the total variance. The results of the research findings based on codas technique show that in 22 metropolitan areas of Tehran, only one area was in very good condition in terms of urban prosperity indicators, six areas at good levels, nine areas at medium level, and six areas at They were in poor condition.The results show; In order to improve the areas that are at a low level, as well as to maintain and improve the conditions in the areas that are in good condition, it is necessary to pay attention to the development of infrastructure, productivity, quality of life, and….
